*(Active Parishioner is a family that is registered at St. Norbert Catholic Church, regularly attends Sunday Mass, contributes to the church via Sunday envelopes, participates in service to the church community, etc. NOTE: Families whose child(ren) are enrolled in the full-time schedule for K-8 and Preschool are eligible for a $150.00 per child discount if they make a one-time annual tuition payment by July 1. This discount does not apply to families receiving financial aid assistance. Payment may be made by credit card, however the discount does not apply.)

FEES

Enrollment Fee:

• The Enrollment Fee is $276.00 per child (non-refundable), with a maximum $650.00 per family when paid by June 7th.
• The annual tuition rate indicated above is divided into 12 monthly payments from July to June.
• After June 7, 2026, the Enrollment Fee increases to
  • $340 – 1 student
  • $605 – 2 students
  • $750 – 3+ students

Miscellaneous Fees:

• Assessment Fee for Incoming K-8: $25 paid with the Enrollment Fee listed above.
• Mandatory Classroom Fee: $25 per student billed on FACTS in September.
• Field Trips: Field trips vary in fees from grade to grade and trip to trip.
• Outdoor Education (6th Grade): This optional program takes our sixth graders to a camp with a science-based curriculum in the San Bernardino Mountains for three days and two nights.
• East Coast Expedition (8th Grade): This optional program takes our eighth grade students to many of our nation’s historical places on the East Coast for seven days. The cost can be offset greatly by class fundraising throughout the year.
• Graduation Fee (8th Grade): A fee is charged to each graduating student to cover the cost of the cap and gown rental, a retreat, and other expenses. This fee is billed in January of the graduating year.
• Additional Family Commitments:
  • 33 hours of service: 11 hours of service per trimester is required by each family
    • Hours not completed will be billed at the rate of $20.00 per hour per trimester
  • Participate in the Color Run: Minimum required pledges of $425 to the Color Run Fundraiser.
  • Eighth Grade Families: Pay balance of eighth grade fees in full by the designated date in May.

Payment of Tuition:

Each family is expected to honor the signed tuition agreement on file at the school. Tuition payments are made on a 12-month basis (July through June) through FACTS Tuition Management, Inc. Annual tuition payments may be discounted by $150.00 per child if paid in full by July 1. Such payments are to be made directly to the school office. This discount does not apply to families receiving financial assistance.
